ROLE OVERVIEW

The CCM Officer is responsible for handling compliance-related report purchases, regulatory
submissions, and document management. This role supports internal operations by
coordinating with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining
accurate records. The CCM officer also helps manage urgent cases, prepares meeting minutes,
and keeps stakeholders informed of any system issues affecting operations.

 Conduct report purchases from platforms including LLP, IDAMAN, ROS, East Malaysia (EM),

Singapore, E-Court, MDI, and land search systems.

 Prepare and submit statutory documents such as ROS letters/forms and EM authorization

letters.

 Communicate with external parties (e.g., ROS officers, runners) via email for submission and

follow-up.

 Monitor and follow up on pending search results and report requests.

 Extract PDF documents from the Problem folder and organize them in the designated

directory for data entry.

Prepare meeting minutes twice a month in a clear and timely manner.

Take turns managing urgent case escalations, ensuring swift response and coordination.

 Inform stakeholders of any downtime or access issues with the report purchase platforms.

organizing files systematically.
