ROLE OVERVIEW
The CCM Officer is responsible for handling compliance-related report purchases, regulatory
submissions, and document management. This role supports internal operations by
coordinating with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining
accurate records. The CCM officer also helps manage urgent cases, prepares meeting minutes,
and keeps stakeholders informed of any system issues affecting operations.
Conduct report purchases from platforms including LLP, IDAMAN, ROS, East Malaysia (EM),
Singapore, E-Court, MDI, and land search systems.
Prepare and submit statutory documents such as ROS letters/forms and EM authorization
letters.
Communicate with external parties (e.g., ROS officers, runners) via email for submission and
follow-up.
Monitor and follow up on pending search results and report requests.
Extract PDF documents from the Problem folder and organize them in the designated
directory for data entry.
Prepare meeting minutes twice a month in a clear and timely manner.
Take turns managing urgent case escalations, ensuring swift response and coordination.
Inform stakeholders of any downtime or access issues with the report purchase platforms.
