ROLE
OVERVIEW
This role will work closely with the Senior Manager to
drive high-impact initiatives, rapid prototyping, and enterprise-grade
AI/technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently
owning innovation streams, engaging with senior stakeholders, and converting
ideas into working solutions within days to weeks.
This role is designed to scale innovation across the
organisation by combining strong technical depth with business understanding
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Innovation
Delivery & Execution
·
Design and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) across AI,
data, and platform use cases
·
Translate business problems into working technical
solutions (not just concepts)
·
Drive initiatives from idea, prototype, pilot to production
readiness
·
Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and tools
·
Ensure prototypes are designed with scalability in mind,
enabling seamless transition into enterprise-grade solutions
AI
& Emerging Technology Implementation
· Work on AI use cases such as:
o
LLM-based applications (RAG,
copilots, automation)
o
Data extraction & document
intelligence
o
Analytics and insight
generation tools
· Evaluate and integrate tools such as:
o
AWS (Bedrock, Textract, Q
Developer, etc.)
o
External AI platforms (Devin,
Copilot, etc.)
o
Continuously evaluate new AI
platforms, frameworks, and developer productivity tools to maintain CTOS at the
forefront of innovation.

Design scalable
and cost-efficient architectures
Stakeholder
Engagement
- Work directly with stakeholders
which include business and engineering team.
- Present solutions
in simple, business-friendly language
- Translate technical
outcomes into business value (ROI, efficiency, impact)
- Act as a trusted
advisor to senior leadership, bridging technical possibilities with
strategic priorities
Rapid
Prototyping Culture
- Deliver working
prototypes within required timeline.
· Balance speed with structure when transitioning to
production
· Champion a fail-fast, learn-fast mindset to
accelerate innovation cycles.
Solution
Architecture & Design
- Define high-level
and low-level architecture for innovation solutions
- Ensure scalability,
security alignment and integration with existing systems
- Collaborate with
Infrasturcture, Security, and Development teams
- Hands-on experience
with orchestration tools, APIs, and integration patterns to connect AI
solutions with enterprise systems
Process
& Capability Building
- Establish best
practices for AI adoption, innovation lifecycle and tool evaluation
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to building a high-performing
innovation team
- Shape
CTOS’s innovation playbook, embedding best practices into the organisation’s
WHAT
DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualifications

Exposure to AWS AI services
(Bedrock, Textract, etc.) and developer productivity tools (Copilots, AI IDEs)
Work
Experience
·
5+ years of experience in software
engineering / solution architecture / innovation leadership roles
·
Proven track record of
delivering real working solutions (not just documentation) and handle
enterprise-scale systems.
·
Experience in financial
services / data platforms
·
Experience working on
AI-driven products or automation platforms
Skills

Techical Skills

Strong programming capability
in Java, Python, or Full-Stack development.

Experience working with cloud
platforms (AWS preferred) and API / microservices architectures.

Exposure to AI/ML and
Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, automation frameworks).

Good understanding of system
design, data architecture, and databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector, Graph).

Hands-on experience with
orchestration tools, APIs, and system integration patterns.
