ROLE OVERVIEW
This role plays a pivotal role in delivering impactful,
visually compelling creative assets that support CTOS’s marketing,
communications, and business objectives. This is a hands-on, highly versatile
role requiring expertise across visual design, multimedia content creation
(including video), branding, and event-related creative support.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven creative
professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working
independently while collaborating closely with the wider marketing team. This
role demands a high level of creative execution across various formats and
channels — digital, social, print, video, and events — with a strong
understanding of modern design tools, AI applications, and multimedia trends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Design Production (Static & Digital)
- Conceptualise and execute creative assets across all key platforms:
social media, website, EDM, app, presentations, reports, print materials,
and event collateral.
- Develop high-quality, brand-consistent static designs, infographics,
templates, and visual aids tailored for both digital and traditional
formats.
- Manage and enhance CTOS’s visual identity across all outputs,
including internal communications, commercial marketing, consumer
campaigns, key accounts, and investor relations.
Video & Multimedia Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos (social content,
explainer videos, testimonials, interviews, event highlights, and
corporate videos).
- Incorporate subtitles, motion graphics, soundtracks, and CTOS
branding into final outputs.
- Attend events to capture live content (photo/video) and produce
post-event video assets for social and marketing purposes.
- Optimise content for social media platforms and ensure alignment
with best practices for engagement.
AI Tools & Efficiency
- Utilise AI tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, CapCut AI,
or equivalent) to improve creative process efficiency, streamline asset
production, and accelerate timelines without compromising quality.
- Adapt AI-generated content into brand-appropriate outputs with a
human touch.
Branding & Identity
- Develop and refine brand assets including logo enhancements,
corporate templates (presentation decks, reports), and guidelines
documentation.
- Ensure consistent application of CTOS’s visual identity across all
business units and touchpoints.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and Marketing
Executive to develop creative concepts for campaigns and bring them to
life through high-impact visual executions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative
solutions aligned to campaign objectives and business goals.
- Provide creative support for investor communications, internal
initiatives, and cross-department campaigns.
Project & Asset Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines,
detail, and quality.
- Maintain organised digital archives of design files, stock assets,
fonts, and templates for easy retrieval and reuse.
