ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth
through the acquisition, development, and retention of small to medium
enterprise (SME) customers. The role will lead a regional team of Business
Development Officers (BDO), Area Managers (AM) and Territory Managers (TM) to
aggressively expand the company’s market share by offering credit reporting,
analytics and digital solutions tailored to SME business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Ownership

Own and achive the regional sales targets for
SME customer acquisiton and upselling across the company’s digital products and
services
Sales Strategy Execution
·
Translate Commercial Sales strategy into
actionable plans.
·
Develop customer and territory plans and execute
local go-to-market initiatives to maximise conversion and revenue.
Pipeline Management
·
Monitor and optimise the regioal sales pipeline
using the company’s customer relationship management platform.
·
Ensure forecasting accuracy and timely reporting
on sales performance and market intelligence.
Customer Development
·
Build relationships with key SME customers and
industry associations.
·
Understand business pain points and position the
company as a trusted partner offering credit decisioning and digital solutions
to manage credit risk effectively.
Collaboration & Feedback
·
Work closely with marketing, technology and
product teams to align solutions with customer needs and market demand.
·
Provide feedback to drive continuous
product,technology and process improvements.
Team Leadership
·
Hire, coach and manage a team of Business
Development Officers, Area Managers and Territory Managers.
·
Provide hands-on leadership, training and manage
performance to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
