Job Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to the Regional
Sales Manager.
· To provide Sales Coordination and Support to the
Sales Team which including the Customer Request, Pre & Post Customer
Sign-Ups Documentations and Follow-Ups
· Managing the correspondence between the regional
sales team and relevant department from HQ for any customer
request/issues/sales related matter.
· To performed basic administration in Salesforce
system for the related sales activities, customer information and reports.
· Provide backup support for regional office general
administrative functions.
· Liaise with HQ Admin team on the travelling
arrangements for hotel, flight, transport & refreshment arrangement which
include for nationwide sales staff that cover events such as sales conference
and incentive trip. Prepare and submit the travel request form (TRF) to support
the staff travelling arrangements.
· • To coordinate the interview arrangements for
sales staff hiring Malacca region, engage with HQ HR to facilitate the
submission of the required documents and issuance of the offer letter (LOA) for
the shortlisted candidates.
· • Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports as
required to monitor the performance and target delivery of the sales staff, e.g
(Sales standard performance (SPS), Consistent performance tracking (CP), new
joiner report card, probation review form to evaluate and rectify the staff
performance
· • Support on the establishment of the cold call day
(CCD) for the sales staff. Monitor and furnish the staff achievements for the
cold call.
· • Assist to coordinate with HQ Admin team on the
preparation of the name card for sales staff. Manage on the issuance of the
Company’s T-Shirt for all BDOs in respective regions for any participation of
events, teambuilding activities such as sales conference.
· • To help RSM and BDOs to raise tickets in SNOW and
follow up with IT team to rectify the highlighted issues.
· • Manage business development officer (BDO)
resignation, arrange for the staff’s exit process, and submit all the relevant
resignation documents to HR HQ to smoothen the staff resignation.
· • Manage the issuance of the Company’s properties
such as I- Pad, parking card, access card. Ensure staff surrender the company’s
properties on their last working day. Update HR HQ staff on the status of the
company’s properties.
· Organize activities and events for sales staff
within the allocated budget to encourage teamwork and good rapport within the
team members.

SRSM and RSMs for their engagement.
