•• Assists and updates the HRMS system to ensure accurate employee information and compliance with relevant jurisdictional legislation and corporate policies.
• Assist in payroll administration and monthly statutory submission.
• Preparing and updating the monthly employee listing to all relevant department person in charges.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to C&B and Payroll.
• Assist in the performance management exercise
• Issuance of HR correspondence letters (e.g. Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, etc.) which compliance with HR policy and practices.
• To maintain proper HR filling system, well organized and always facilitate traceability of documents and maintain the confidentiality of HR information.
• Work closely with the HR team for the employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, sport activities, festival staff refreshment and etc.
• Attend to staff inquiries, support the HR daily administrative work from time to time.
• Support the internal / external HR related inquiries or requests.
• To support the HR projects or other ad-hoc assignment whenever it is required.
