Manager, Service Delivery

Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

The core purpose of the SDM is to ensure a smooth delivery of services to clients and optimize client’s engagement and satisfaction with CTOS services.

The SDM is responsible for setting the department vision and culture to drive services delivery to the highest standard.

Functional Responsibilities

Ensure services are up and running as per agreed SLA

Optimize clients engagements, satisfaction and usage of the services

Proactive approach to ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards

Provide level 3 support to clients

Engage with other departments & vendors for fixes and enhancement of the products

Managerial responsibilities

Setup a Services Delivery team to support the functional responsibilities

Lead the team to deliver the services with highest standards

Organizational Responsibilities

Define and optimize the services delivery processes with multiple departments

Define, measure and report KPIs related to services delivery

Organize clients satisfaction survey

Has an IT degree from a reputable institution

Technical knowledge required to support the solutions

Functional & business knowledge required to support solution configuration issues and enhancements

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strong focus to quality and client’s satisfaction

Great inter-personal skills required to engage with multiple departments & vendors for issues resolution and enhancements

Great leadership skills to guide the team to deliver highest standard services

Fundamental project management skills is a plus

Experience delivering mobile applications is a plus

Minimum 7 years working experience in related domain

Experience with leading teams

Able to demonstrate successful experience in the management of services delivery

Experience working in financial services industry is a plus
