The SDM is responsible for
setting the department vision and culture to drive services delivery to the
highest standard.
Functional Responsibilities
Ensure
services are up and running as per agreed SLA
Optimize
clients engagements, satisfaction and usage of the services
Proactive
approach to ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards
Provide
level 3 support to clients
Engage with
other departments & vendors for fixes and enhancement of the products
Managerial responsibilities
Setup a Services
Delivery team to support the functional responsibilities
Lead the
team to deliver the services with highest standards
Organizational Responsibilities
Define and
optimize the services delivery processes with multiple departments
Define,
measure and report KPIs related to services delivery
Organize
clients satisfaction survey
