Internship - Quality Assurance

We are Malaysia’s leading Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and we are aggressively expanding our business, and looking for dynamic, driven and motivated individuals to join our team. Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

· Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

· Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

· Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

· Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

· Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

· Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers, product team and PMO team) to identify system requirements

· Monitor debugging process results and update PMO team on daily basis

· Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

· Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

· Work in fast paced Agile environment

· Adhere to processes to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible

· Perform other assignments as required by PMO Team

· IT or IT Biz related Studies / Degree

· A self-starter who assumes responsibility for their work, accepts direction and feedback from co-workers and managers, and happily helps make anyone’s good idea a reality

· Someone capable of writing and executing manual tests for mobile apps

· Good understanding on mobile application technology and infrastructure arean added advantage

· A background in mobile app development is an added advantage

· Ability to translate business requirements into test cases

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
